Supernatural – A Ride to Remember

Supernatural – A Tribute

It’s an important last week for the CW before all of their latest seasons are released, some of which are finally coming to an end. The most prominent of them is Supernatural. Supernatural is one of the longest running shows by CW. With 14 seasons so far, it’s been a hell of a ride for the Winchester brothers. As it’s been wisely said, all good things come to an end. CW and the amazing actors are determined to make the 15th and final season of supernatural their biggest success yet.

As with all shows that have come and gone, all of them have tried to give their shows a fitting farewell. Supernatural is no different. They are working on leaving a legacy that will be remembered by generations to come.

So I’ve decided to give Supernatural the tribute they deserve. I’ve been a constant fan since the time they first aired on Star World, around 10 years ago. My family started watching it together and since then we’ve been following it for almost a decade.

It all started when Sam Winchester was just a baby. Their father taught them everything they knew about being hunters. They’ve now grown up to be two amazing heroes skilled in the art of monster hunting. They’ve also saved the world a few times along the way.

Iconic Moments

From demons to vampires to racist trucks to even Lucifer the Devil himself, they’ve battled them all. Some minor, underrepresented creatures were also shown like wendigos and minor gods like Loki. We also learned dozens of lores, so I’m pretty sure that we’re prepared to go hunting monsters ourselves if needed. We even got to see Dean turning into a demon!

The best thing about the show was that it wasn’t exactly horror. They managed to turn a dark, evil concept into an action/comedy storyline that everyone fell in love with. They even managed to turn dying into a funny sport! And let’s not forget this:

We certainly can’t forget Dean’s singing skills

The endless carpool karaoke rides

Cas always being the unique angel that he is

And Sam’s fail moments

The way they settled things is priceless!

Spoilers Ahead!

As the 15th season approaches, it promises to be a battle of the century. Spoilers ahead, when Chuck killed Jack and brought about what he said was “the end”, we’ve all been wondering what that meant. Just before the 14th season ended, we saw that the Winchesters and our favourite angel, Cas, surrounded by the living dead. In a recent trailer by CW, we see that Chuck has summoned every evil soul Dean and Sam have killed back to the land of the living. And hopefully we’ll see Cas getting back into the good books of the Winchesters after not telling them about Jack, which ultimately led to Mary’s death.

Needless to say, the 15th season could probably be the end of the road for the Winchesters. Although both of them and Cas have died countless times, the fact that this is the final season brings about a dark omen. We all know that they’ll never stop unless they’re dead (for good this time).

So despite the sadness of Supernatural finally ending, we’re hoping that the latest season is up to the standards we’ve all come to expect from our favourite actors. And for those who haven’t seen the show yet, well….

And last, but not least, we’ll miss singing along to the iconic Kansas song like this:

As always, we would love to hear what you have to say! Let us know what you think in the comments!
